The Working Party on Social Questions (WPSQ) is a preparatory body of the Council of the EU dealing with legislative work on issues such as free movement of workers, working conditions, labour market relations, health and safety at work, coordination of social security systems, social protection, social dialogue, gender equality and anti-discrimination.
The working group holds monthly meetings according to the agenda determined by the respective EU Presidency.
Experts from Member States seconded to their Permanent Representation to the EU take part in the meetings of the Working Party.
