The Government adopted a seventh amendment to the Operational Program “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020, which provides a financial resource in the amount of BGN 47.5 million under the REACT-EU mechanism. The funds will be used to finance the Support for Affordable Energy (SAFE) measure, which will provide around 320 000 households from vulnerable groups with a one-time assistance of BGN 148,35 to cover their electricity and heat costs.
