* By way of a licensed postal services operator, if you have stated in your application that the postage shall be for your account, payable upon delivery – for internal mail

* Through your application filed at the reception desk of the Ministry

* Through an e-mail to the announced e-mail address

* Through post mail – with or without acknowledgement of receipt, delivered by licensed postal services operator
