DEAR CITIZENS,

 

“Person to person” consultations shall be provided by the employees of the Administrative Service Unit at the reception desk of MLSP, at address: 2, Triaditsa St., which is open every day from 08:00 am to 05:30 pm and continues its work up to two astronomical hours after the end of the announced working hours, if there are citizens still waiting to receive services. Their task is to advise you about the primary functions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, about the agencies and funds with the Minister of Labour and Social Policy or  - about the functions of yet another administration involved in social policy issues; the ways to submit applications as well as redirect you to the institutions that are competent to address your inquiries.

              

Every Wednesday, the employees at the “Labour Law, Social Insurance and Working Conditions” Directorate provide specialized consultations to citizens without registration in advance.

            

For financial activities, individuals and legal entities shall be admitted with a pass card received at the central entrance of the building at 2, Triaditsa St.

 

Important note:

*For services provided by employees processing accounting information, the office hours shall be every working day from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2 pm  to 5:00 pm.

*The Cash Desk  of the Ministry shall work with citizens from 09:30 am to 11:00 am and from 02:00 pm to 05:00 pm on business days of the week.

The work of the Ministry employees shall be based on the principles of: legality, transparency, accessibility, responsibility and coordination.
